The Holy Bible - The Bible reveals the mind of God, the state of man, the way of salvation, the doom of sinners, and the happiness of believers.  Its doctrines are Holy, its precepts are binding, it's histories are true.  Read it to be wise, believe it to be safe, and practice it to be Holy.  I contains light to direct you, food to support you, and comfort to cheer you.  It is the travelers map, the pilgrams staff, the piolots compass, the soilders sword, and the Christains charter.  Here, paradise is restored, heaven opened, and the gates of Hell closed.  Christ is it's grand object, our good is designed, and the glory of God is end.  It should fill the memory, rule the heart, and guide the feet.  Read it slowly, frequently, and prayfully.  For it is a mine of wealth, a paridise of glory, and a river of plesure.  It is given to you in life, will be opened at the judgment and remembered forever.  It envoles the highest responsibility, will reward the greates labor and will condeem all who trifle with its scard contents.
